Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Create & Monitor Google Ads(GSN,GDN) plus other online marketing platform
  2. Writing Ad. copy
  3. Generate Excel reports
  4. To ensure all projects delivered on time and to meet the expectation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/IT
  • Speak/Write in Chinese and English
  • Experience in SEM (Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing, Baidu) & Facebook Ad.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel Analysis)
  • Proactive, good attention to detail and keen to learn

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Development and implementation of Sales Plan aligned with all subsidiaries of MTA Group in sales initiatives.
  2. Instrumental in implementing/ complementing/ adapting agreed upon sales programs and provide feedback on sales program effectiveness and results.
  3. Support sales team in targeted segments with promotion, grand openings, customer events and trade show activities Coordinate distributor sales activities.
  4. Provide market insights, observations and trends to facilitate offer development and adaptation Brand integrity compliance of MTA Group and their Suppliers
  5. Coordinate/recommend local market research (where applicable). 
  6. To perform all other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Graphic Design Internship

Responsibilities:

  1. Able to conceptualize, design and produce creative artwork.
  2. Responsible for every level of concept and design.
  3. To meet deadlines in accordance to job requirements and to work under pressure at times.
  4. To work closely with client in design and production of artwork.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
  • Fresh graduates / entry level are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Able to start IMMEDIATELY will be an added advantage.

Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  2. Scheduling meetings and appointments
  3. Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  4. Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  5. Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  6. Preparing documents for meetings
  7. Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  8. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  9. Writing and issuing emails to teams/departments/clients on behalf of teams or senior staff
  10. Issuing invoices and quotations
  11. Finding ways to improve administrative processes

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs

Accounts/ Admin Assistant

Preferably 2+ years experience. MYOB experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Issuing invoices and quotations
  2. To operate MYOB accounting software
  3. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  4. Scheduling meetings and appointments
  5. Taking notes and minutes in meetings

Driver/ Dispatch

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive from house to work vice versa, entertainment, meetings & outstation
  2. Dispatch documents when in office
  3. Must have License B2 and D
  4. Familiar with Klang Valley and Selangor
  5. Payment of bills and collection; bank-in of cheques
  6. Any other assignments given by HODs.
