About the client

An international developer, new to Malaysia

Agile Property Holdings is an integrated property developer from China. At the time of the campaign, it had more than 24 years of experience and over 90 projects in cities such as Guangzhou and Shanghai, and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index.

The challenge

Be seen as a high-end developer

Agile Mont Kiara, valued at RM1.4 billion, was Agile Property’s first international venture. The brand needed to drive market penetration, sales and brand recognition in Malaysia, and to be recognised as a high-end property developer.

Front and centre in 12 newspapers

We used a mix of full wraps, full-page advertorials, editorial, display and classified ads across multiple newspapers. To build awareness across the Malaysian market, ads ran in English and Chinese newspapers and, to a lesser degree, Bahasa Malaysia titles.
