Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of Sales Plan aligned with all subsidiaries of MTA Group in sales initiatives.
- Instrumental in implementing/complementing/adapting agreed upon sales programs and provide feedback on sales program effectiveness and results.
- Support sales team in targeted segments with promotion, grand openings, customer events and trade show activities Coordinate distributor sales activities.
- Provide market insights, observations and trends to facilitate offer development and adaptation Brand integrity compliance of MTA Group and their Suppliers
- Coordinate/recommend local market research (where applicable).
- To perform all other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
